• This project was carried out by the AHF as a component of its "Vaccines For All" platform. The goal of the Project is to strengthen the management, logistics and infrastructure of the Expanded Programs on Immunization for vaccine introduction in the CANAC Region. The Project aims to strengthen the vaccine program management knowledge and infrastructure necessary to support vaccination efforts, particularly in light of multiple vaccine introductions in recent years. The CANAC region refers to the Latin American countries comprised by Central America, the Andean Community and the Caribbean.
  • AHF planned, organized and convened a meeting of experts from Latin America to address the gaps between National Registries on Biologics and National Surveillance Agencies dealing with biosimilars. The group of experts developed official recommendations on how to integrate the data from both organizations.
  • This is a project being carried out by the Americas Health Foundation (AHF) as a component of its “Vaccines Without Borders” platform. The goal of this project is to plan, organize and implement a summit meeting of Latin American medical societies that are directly involved in both vaccines and adult care. In particular, the Summit aims to bring together 15-20 regional and national medical societies primarily focused on pediatrics, infectious disease and immunology.
